The Winter of Scarves and Cowls

I have decided that since I chopped all my hair off (it's boy short), this winter is going to be officially known as: The Winter of Scarves and Cowls for me. I have just discovered the fabulousness of cowls and I feel the need to add some to my wardrobe. I know someone who is an amazing knitter...I wonder if I could convince her to make me one?
